Please keep your jewelry in the pouch it arrived in. All materials and metals will oxidize and/or stain over time, depending on your body’s chemistry and contact with perfumes and lotions– we recommend you put your jewelry on last to minimize this exposure. To clean jewelry, we suggest using a damp cloth and a dry polishing cloth for metals.

The prices displayed at Ettiket.com are exclusive to us, are quoted in U.S. Dollars, and are valid and effective only in the United States. The pricing of our products in retail boutiques is at the sole discretion of the boutiques and is not regulated by us. We provide accurate information on our products to the best of our knowledge. We are not held responsible if any product description is deemed inaccurate or if our supply sources provide inaccurate information to us.
COLORS & MATERIALS
Each Ettiket piece is handcrafted especially for you. Materials are natural and can vary in size, color, and shape. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We do promise that the integrity of the design will be maintained, but your piece will have a touch of individuality.

TAX
All items shipped to addresses in the state of New York will be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
All pieces are individually handmade upon order. Pieces ordered usually take 1-2 weeks to produce and ship. If you need something shipped immediately, please email us at customerservice@ettiket.com and we will try our best to send your package as soon as possible. All pieces are shipped via USPS ground. Charges are determined by USPS and factor in distance, commercial vs residential destination and insured value. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
RETURNS AND REPAIRS
All items purchased from Ettiket.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for exchange or credit only. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in a retail store or another website. Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization # (RA#). Please follow the following process:

You will then receive an RA#. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in its original packaging and send. We recommend you insure the return packages to Ettiket. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.
